The old pedestrian bridge connecting the small neighborhood of Aspen Glen Dr to the East end of Mayberry Park adn the River School is getting a new deck and will be closed during construction. Please use Mayberry, West 4th Street, and Woodland Ave to bypass.

City of Reno Adaptive Sports program is seeking volunteer experienced mountain bike riders and coaches to work with adaptive mountain bike riders during their adaptive mountain bike camp held at Sky Tavern. Trail Outlook: Decreasing Wind, Increasing Stoke
Calm weekdays slowly warming up as we get toward the weekend. Continued chances of thunderstorms early in the week make Wednesday through Friday the best days for afternoon rides. Any way you look at it, it’s a great time to be outside in the Truckee Meadows.

Tuesday Night Ride Group is riding from Galena Creek Regional Park main parking trailhead. This is a choose your own distance ride so do as many laps as you like. TNRG is a casual mountain bike ride group for all skill levels. They don’t wait for a mass start, so when you arrive, introduce yourself or just start riding as you like. Silver State Striders are running a trail loop from Woodchuck Dr. This is a very welcoming group for all skill levels. The planned route is 8ish miles and may feature mud if the thunderstorms show up. Check their Facebook Group Page for more details. Radical Adventure Riders (RAR) Reno are leading a slow paced easy ride at Damonte Ranch Park. This is intended to be super low pressure for riders just coming back to bikes. Radical Adventure Riders (RAR) Reno and Reno Bike Project are hosting the Spoke & Stoke at the Reno Public Market. This will be a gear swap, raffle, and film screening benefiting both of these awesome community organizations. For more information, follow @rar.reno on instagram.

Bike Night Reno will be rolling out a group of riders of all kinds from the Space Whale in Downtown. As their name suggests, this is a night ride so lights are required. Whether it’s a simple headlamp and taillight or full on burner bike light-splosion is entirely up to you.
