Weekend Trail Outlook for March 23 - March 24, 2024
Trail Outlook: Mostly clear Saturday, chance of snow on Sunday
At this point, we are back to our familiar phase of most lower level trails having dried out with some lingering snow patches at higher elevations. There is potential for snow on Sunday, so conditions may change by the end of the weekend depending on how the storm moves through.
March 22nd, 2024: Second bench on Total Recall trail. Still a decent amount of snow remaining on these aspects, but remaining snow fields are shrinking rapidly with the warm temps.
March 22nd, 2024: Looking down toward Reno from the second bench on Total Recall. Most areas below this spot are clear, though some patches remain on North facing sections.
