Rode Rancho-Keystone-Evans loop. When it defrosts it will be muddy. Even shallow tracks will become trail damage. If you leave a mark, it is too wet to ride.

Walked keystone canyon and ground was frozen, so not muddy! Perfect time of day to hike, walk or bike if you are bundled up.
